We are a powerful community of dedicated thinkers, doers, and proud defenders of democracy. Every item you order fuels our mission to amplify voices and spark civic action. Because of how our products are produced and fulfilled, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll offer a one-time exchange or store credit. Requests must be made within 4 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds, and all sales are final.
📥 EXCHANGES (If Item is Damaged or Incorrect)
To request an exchange or store credit:
- Email us at Customer-Service@americandemocraticunion.org within 4 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and issue
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
If approved, we will guide you through the next steps to complete your exchange or receive store credit.
⚠️ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Perishable or personal items
- Any item not received damaged or defective
📦 SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
🎁 GIFTS
If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, any approved return will be issued as store credit only.
