American Democratic Union is an independent platform operated by a proud community of civic thinkers, creators, and advocates for democratic values. We are not affiliated with any political party, candidate, or campaign committee — including, but not limited to, the Democratic National Committee (DNC).
This shop exists to promote awareness, inspire action, and provide merchandise that reflects our shared mission. Everything you see here was built by everyday people who believe in the power of voices united for truth, equity, and civic participation.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely. You agree to provide valid billing and shipping information for each order.
5. REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a one-time exchange or store credit if contacted within 4 days of delivery. To qualify:
Email us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Return shipping responsibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that the error was on our part or due to fulfillment issues, we will cover return costs. Otherwise, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
6. SHIPPING
Shipping is handled through our fulfillment partners. Times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
7. GIFTS
If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, any approved exchange will result in store credit. Otherwise, credit goes to the original purchaser.
